I offer a free introductory session for my 12 week programs to explore what you are looking for and what's been getting in the way till now. We then decide if we're the right fit for each other. All you need to do is book in your first session with me, fill out the form and we'll get started.

After this initial experience of working with me you are then free to book in the sessions for the full course and decide on your payment plan.
